MR. AMOS ANDAMA – Board Chairperson

Mr. Andama is a distinguished Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, having been admitted to the bar in the year 2016. He is also a proud member of the Law Society of Kenya. In addition, he is currently awaiting enrolment to the Uganda Bar as an Advocate of the High Court of Uganda. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from Uganda Christian University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. His unending appetite for legal expertise saw him enroll for a Masters of Laws (LL.M) degree program and is currently pursuing the same at the University of East London. Moreover, he is a qualified Commissioner for Oaths and Notary Public besides having been certified as a trained and Certified Mediator. All these attributes plus his commitment to Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) has been instrumental in our organisation’s progress.

The fact that he hails from the Republic of Uganda, Mr. Andama contributes valuable cross-border experience, thereby enhancing the diversity of our team. He brings a unique blend of international perspective and local insight which has steered our organisation towards excellence. His extensive litigation background includes tackling intricate legal issues, particularly in child law, land disputes, succession matters, and criminal litigation. His participation in resolving complex suits showcases his expertise and commitment to delivering optimal legal solutions to the indigent members of the community who the organization offers pro bono services. Mr. Andama’s ability to navigate legal complexities, coupled with a hands-on and visionary approach, positions our organisation as a trailblazer in litigation and dispute resolution. He is not just an advocate, his efforts are among the driving forces propelling our organisation to new heights.
