Mr. Kipchumba holds a Masters of Information Science and a Bachelor of Library & Information Science – both from Egerton University. He has a wide knowledge in: Library Science, E-learning Engineering, Records Management, Knowledge Management, among other emerging technologies. His work experience spans a period of 30yrs in the field of librarianship, having grown up from being a library attendant to senior librarian. He is currently the College Librarian of Egerton University – Nakuru City Campus.

Mr. Kipchumba is a trained and qualified ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Standard and ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System. He is a registered auditor since 2010, with the National Quality Institute (NQI) and Kenya Bureau of Standards (KeBS). His experience and knowledge of the Standards and Quality Management Systems is undoubtedly the gist for his passion and quality service in his area of specialization. In addition, he is a member of the library management of Egerton University; member of the Kenya Library Association; a former board member of Agricultural Society of Kenya – Central Rift; and above all, a trained and dedicated member of the Paralegal Association Network – Nakuru County

The above academic knowledge, coupled with his vast engagement with the community makes him an ideal paralegal. His input has over the years enabled our organization in providing the best training and top-notch legal education and advice in the communities that we engage in.
